Welcome to Julia Piro Knits! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Julia Piro Knits. We offer digital knitting patterns for purchase and download through our Shopify-hosted website (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
You must be the age of majority in your location or have permission from a legal guardian to use our Services. You agree that all account or purchase information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We sell digital PDF knitting patterns. These are not physical goods and are delivered via instant download after purchase. We strive to represent all designs accurately, but color or layout may vary depending on your screen.
Please read each pattern description carefully before purchase to ensure it suits your skill level and expectations.
SECTION 3 – DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & ORDERS
All sales are final once the download begins. Your purchase is a license to use the pattern for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our patterns is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
SECTION 4 – REFUNDS & EU CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Because our products are digital, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.
EU Customers: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of purchase if the download has not yet started. To exercise this right, contact us at esnq.knit@gmail.com before accessing the file.

SECTION 5 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in CZK, and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and fees may apply depending on your location. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including patterns, images, text, and videos, are owned by Julia Piro Knits and protected by copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license. Any commercial use or distribution is prohibited.
SECTION 7 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
Any comments or feedback submitted to us may be used by Julia Piro Knits for marketing, product development, or testimonial purposes, without compensation to you. You must not submit unlawful or misleading content.
SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our patterns and services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for errors in the pattern, missed deadlines, or dissatisfaction with the final result. Always knit a swatch and use your judgment. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability, so this may not apply to you.
SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. You should check this page regularly. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
