All our products are digital knitting patterns delivered via instant download in PDF format. As such, they are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are automatically delivered and cannot be returned once accessed.

Issues with Your Order

If you experience any problems with your download, or if the file is damaged or inaccessible, please contact us at info@juliapiro.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive what you purchased.

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, provided the download has not started.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@juliapiro.com within 14 days of purchase and before downloading the file. Once the download begins, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.
